We offer quality home rentals in southwest Champaign.
All houses have washer/dryer hookup and allow 1 cat or dog for a $100 pet fee. No vicious dog breeds are allowed.
All signed leases end on July 31st and are renewable in 1 year increments. A security deposit equivalent to one month’s net rent must be paid when a lease is signed, along with any applicable pet fee.
No contract will be signed until all applications have been approved. Please, DO NOT contact existing tenants to see the houses.
